After opening their General Contracting Firm in 1996, founders Adam Mopsick and Ross Adickman saw a clear pattern of consistent issues in the construction industry: no leadership, unmet client goals, lagging timelines, and an overall lack of organization. Without clear client goals and no leadership in the process, projects would suffer.

Upon identifying these flaws in the way the construction industry is typically structured, they knew that they could do better and transform the client's experience by focusing on management, leadership, and advocacy for each and every client. This is why, after 10 years of successful growth at their GC firm, they decided to expand their business to offer a turnkey client experience.

Since then, Amicon has built a team of industry leaders who take an integrated approach to construction services in order to consistently deliver value and redefine the client experience in the construction process. Powered by decades of experience and insight into the industry, each member of our team leads with our client's interests at heart.
