Amicon is the owner representative for the portfolio of Habitus Capital. This is international real estate investment manager is currently offering investment solutions focused in the South Florida market. Brickell Sonder, designed by MKDA, will feature 40 hotel condo-style units in Brickell.

The team also recently broke ground on Caliza Townhomes at Silver Grove, a community of six luxury townhomes in Silver Bluff, adjacent to Coconut Grove.
