Adam Mopsick
Founder & CEO

Adam has over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, dating back to his teenage days as a laborer. After earning an undergraduate degree in Finance from UF, he gained valuable knowledge and experience building luxury custom homes.

At the age of 24, the lure of entrepreneurship led Adam to form his own construction company. Eventually he teamed up with Ross Adickman to form Amicon. Their vision was to create a boutique company focusing on a superior client experience and unique corporate culture based on integrity, work ethic and a team-oriented spirit. Today, Amicon Construction is consistently recognized as the market leader for premier construction related services in South Florida.

In 2005, Adam recognized a void in the marketplace for quality client representation services. Amicon Management was formed to protect clients’ interests and maximize value in all of their construction and real estate ventures. Adam’s roles as CEO and the Director of Amicon’s Owner Representation division, provide him with a unique, comprehensive view of the industry. Adam is a LEED-accredited, licensed State of Florida General Contractor. His client-driven approach and his commitment to professionalism, communication and precision define Amicon’s corporate culture.

In 2010, Adam and his wife, Helen, co-founded SeeFit, a fitness-based fundraising series that benefit the Vision for Tomorrow Foundation, an organization that underwrites ocular research and aids visually-impaired children and their families. A fitness enthusiast with a long history of competing in Ironman Triathlons and other endurance events, Adam is a certified CrossFit and CrossFit Kids instructor.

Adam also enjoys lower-impact outdoor sports such as fly-fishing, boating and horseback riding. Adam, Helen and their three sons reside in Miami Beach. Adam is member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO Miami) and a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program.
