After forming Amicon in 1996 as a general contracting firm, founders Adam Mopsick and Ross Adickman recognized a clear pattern of problems in the industry: unmet client goals and unnecessary delays and budget overruns.

Projects needed leadership and client advocacy. Owners deserved better.

 

Upon identifying the typical flaws that plague the construction industry, they knew that they could transform the experience by focusing on management, leadership, and advocacy for each and every client.

This is why, after 10 years of successful growth at their GC firm, they decided to expand their business to offer a turnkey client experience.

 

Since then, Amicon has built a team of industry leaders who take an integrated approach to construction — consistently delivering value and redefining the client experience.

In 2023, Amicon Management merged with Cumming Group, a global project management and cost management company. Together, the combined team of industry leaders utilizes decades of expertise to consistently deliver value to their clients’ projects.
